Basic Drone Photo Package — $150

  • Best for quick aerial coverage of a property, lot, building, or listing.
  • Includes 15–25 drone photos, basic aerial angles, and online delivery.
  • Local travel included within 60 miles of Breckenridge, TX. Additional mileage cost for further locations.

Real Estate Photo + Drone Package — $200

  • Best for residential listings, lake houses, and small commercial properties.
  • Includes ground exterior photos, drone photos, 30–50 total delivered images, and online delivery.

Listing Video Package — $200

  • Best for homes, lake houses, and properties that need motion.
  • Includes drone video clips, walkthrough-style video, basic edit with music, and a 60–90 second finished video.

Full Listing Media Package — $400

  • Best for higher-value homes, lake houses, ranch listings, and commercial properties.
  • Includes ground photos, drone photos, walkthrough video, aerial video, edited listing video, and online delivery.

Commercial / Custom Property Shoots — Starting at $400

  • For retail centers, land documentation, construction updates, large properties, or custom shot lists.
  • Quoted based on location, shot list, usage needs, turnaround time, and editing requirements.

Primary Camera: 1-inch CMOS sensor, 50MP, f/1.8 aperture, wide-angle lens

Secondary Camera: 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, 48MP, f/2.8 aperture, 70mm medium telephoto lens, 3x–9x digital zoom

Video Recording: 4K at 60fps, 4K at 120fps for slow-motion, HDR support, 10-bit D-Log M and HLG color profiles

Dynamic Range: Up to 14 stops

Capture: 5-Stop HDR Bracketing

Multiple exposures are captured on-site to preserve detail in bright skies, shaded areas, buildings, and landscape features — creating a stronger foundation than a single image alone.

Enhance: Color Grading & Image Refinement

Each image is refined for clean contrast, natural color, balanced lighting, and a polished final look while keeping the property accurate and realistic.

Clarify: Boundary & Feature Outlines

Property boundaries, access points, acreage, structures, and key features can be clearly marked to help buyers, investors, or clients understand the full layout at a glance.
